PENGARUH POLITIK ORGANISASI TERHADAP SIKAP KERJA DAN PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR
Abstract
Politik organisasi merupakan sebuah fenomena yang ada di dalam organisasi. Meningkatnya persepsi politik dapat memperburuk outcome pada sebuah organisasi. Namun banyak penelitian yang menyatakan bahwa politik dapat meningkatkan outcome pada organisasi. Penelitian ini meneliti mengenai politik organisasi dan pengaruhnya terhadap sikap kerja dan pengaruhnya terhadap OCB. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 40 karyawan dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis diterima.
